1. Grab a cocktail shaker and pour 50ml of Tanqueray No.10 gin, 15ml of lime juice, 20ml of mineral water, 15ml of grapefruit oleo, and a dash of aromatic bitters into it
2. Add ice and shake well
3. Fine strain the contents into a chilled coupette
4. Garnish it with a grapefruit coin and top up the drink with a flash of raspberry powder
