Ingredients

  • Johnnie Walker Black Label - 50ml

  • Lemon juice - 30ml

  • Sugar syrup (2:1) - 15ml

  • Aromatic Bitters- 3 dashes
  • 25349-ingredients-3
  • Egg white - 15ml

  • Ice
  • 25349-ingredients-5

Method

Add Johnnie Walker Black Label, lemon juice, 2:1 sugar syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white into a cocktail shaker and dry shake the ingredients 

Add ice cubes to the mix and shake again until the ingredients are well combined

Using a cocktail strainer, strain the contents into a chilled coupe glass
