Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
Use a peg measure to measure 50ml J&B Rare Scotch Whisky, 35ml lemon juice and 17.5ml sugar syrup and add 1 egg white to the shaker.
Fill up the shaker with ice cubes
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled
Using a cocktail strainer, strain the cocktail into a short glass.
