1. Take a large saucepan and add the 2 cups of cocoa powder and ¾ cup of sugar. Mix them together thoroughly.
2. Pour 1.5 cups of milk into the saucepan and whisk the mixture until it becomes a smooth, thick paste.
3. Combine the rest of the milk into the mixture by thoroughly whisking it in. Add 2 cinnamon sticks into the mix and bring it to a simmer by stirring occasionally. Keep stirring until the aroma of cinnamon fills the air.
4. Add a cup of chocolate into the saucepan and whisk until it fully melts, creating a smooth and creamy mixture.
5. Strain the hot chocolate mixture into another pot using a cocktail strainer. Pour in the 175ml of Talisker whisky and stir until it is well-blended with the hot chocolate.
6. Serve the drink hot and topped with toasted marshmallows for an added touch of decadence. Enjoy!
