Ingredients

  • Tanqueray No.10 Gin - 25ml

  • Bitter Aperitif - 25ml

  • Citrus peel infused sweet vermouth - 25ml

  • Pink grapefruit
    • 28811-ingredients-3
  • Ice
    • 28811-ingredients-4

Method

In a cocktail mixing glass, pour Tanqueray No.10 gin, bitter aperitif, and citrus peel infused sweet vermouth

Add ice into the mix and stir

Grab a rock glass and add a fresh block of ice into it.

Strain the mixture into the rocks

Garnish it with a wedge of pink grapefruit
