  • Tanqueray No.10 Gin - 50ml

  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice - 50ml

  • Simple Syrup - 10ml

  • Soda water - 1
    • 25406-ingredients-3
  • Rosemary sprig - 1
    • 25406-ingredients-4

Method

Pour 50ml of Tanqueray No.10 gin, 30ml of pink grapefruit juice, and 20ml of honey syrup into a cocktail shaker

Add ice and shake the ingredients until they are well combined

Strain the contents into a chilled coupette

Garnish it with a grapefruit zest
