1. In a blender puree ginger and water. Strain the juice into a medium bowl and discard the solids.
2. Pour 115ml of honey, 115ml of lemon juice, and 1 pinch each of cayenne pepper and salt into the mixing bowl containing ginger juice. Whisk the contents nicely until they are well combined.
3. Add 175ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky into the mix and stir the contents.
4. Pour the drink into cocktail glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
