Grab a cocktail shaker and add 15ml of Tanqueray No.10 gin, 15ml of chamomile syrup, and 10ml of lemon juice along with ice

Shake until the ingredients are well combined

Strain the contents into a chilled flute and top it up with some sparkling wine

Garnish it with a dusting of chamomile dust on the glass
