Our 18 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. The result is smooth, sublime and full of character notes of sweet, stewed fruits, sumptuous berries, dark toffee and silky honey.

Aroma of toasted nuts with rich fruits, with hints of blackcurrant, brown sugar and coffee on the palate before an elegantly drying and crisp finish

Dry, rich and complex with a mild nose-feel, backed by black pepper and mature notes of cigar box.
Palate
Smooth rich texture with sweet citrus notes balanced by chocolate, cherry and chili notes.
Finish
Soft, dry and rounded. Adding water allows a pleasant, nutty spiciness to come through.
